Question i want to overclock my xeon x5675 upto 3.9 to 4.2 Ghz with msi x58 motherboard

i recently build an x58 chepset based pc and here is my config

CPU : Xeon X5675 @ 3.07 Ghz
Motherboard : Msi X58 pro-e
Cpu Cooler : Antex a40 pro (Air cooler with 8 heat pipes and one fan)
Ram : 8 GB ddr3 @ 1600 GHZ (but it's running on 1033Ghz)
Gpu: Zotac GTX 1060 6gb

i'm new in overclocking so any help will be appreciate

Get different CPU.
W3690 is much better choice for overclocking because it has open multipliers. Ofc you need to have board that also has option in BIOS. Then you can overclock that particular CPU model by just changing CPU multiplier. One I used to had multipliers selectable up to 64x. No other s1366 Xeon, be it from X or W series AFAIK has open multiplier.

Ebay should have those Xeon's still up for sale.
