Hi , I want to park back my cpu but it didn't work i tried parking it back with the software that i unparked with ... But it didn't work , tried changing it with the registry and it didn't work either does anyone have any solutions to park my cpu ?

Specs : GTX 1060 6GB

16 Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400 MHz Ram

CPU : i7-7700K

Err, what are you talking about?
Please define "parking" and "unparking," and name the software that you used. What exactly are you trying to accomplish (please don't say "I want to park my CPU") and what will it do for you?
Until we have a very clear idea of this, I strongly recommend against changing the registry. That way lies disaster.

if you want to know what it means alot of people unpark their CPUs to get a higher FPS in games , but it's not worth cuz it makes the CPU overheats every time you play a game

so every cpu core has a backup core , so the backup cores are not active to save power but if you want to make them active you can unpark the CPU !

hope my answer was clear !

If u can find me an answer on how to park my cpu back . That would be so much appreciated

There's no such thing as "backup cores" only some cpus have cores that are disabled due to silicon faults and those are basically impossible/very hard to make active.

So i looked into this, apparently "parking" is some obscure term for sleep states. And "unparking" only means disabling the sleep states.
So in reality it'll likely just increase your idle power draw and heat with no impact on performance.
Furthermore you can disable it from bios with a click of a button instead of downloading some suspicious software and meddling with your registry.

"watch a youtube video"
Out of the thousands of nonsense utube videos, what one are you talking about specifically?

You used some software to "unpark" with...what was that?

(I know you think that "parking/unparking" has some magical benefit...it doesn't)

That's a shame.

"Following this if we set the number to a 100% we are basically telling the OS that NONE of our CPU cores can be parked and they should function at all times with full performance (see the pictures below), and in opposite if we set the number to 0% or close to that OS will be able to park any number of cores. (don't forget to press the "Apply" button when you are setting the number)."

So i actually decided to try it myself and disabled c6 sleep states.
Here's the results:

I know right, absolutely shocking changes!!! a whole ~10cb below what it used to be.

Maybe you can go ask the same guy who made the useless video showing how to do it, and ask him to make a useless video on how to undo it.

Sorry but those videos only bait gullible idiots with bad cpus to do something useless and potentially harming for views.
All the performance gains anyone claims to get doing that are placebo.

Well...it would be pretty obvious that some value other than 0% or 100% would create some level of "parking".
I know, I know...this requires a bit of math, and math is hard.

It then follows that either 0% or 100% would return you back to the original full function.

The text I pasted above would seem to indicate that setting that to 100% is...
"...telling the OS that NONE of our CPU cores can be parked and they should function at all times with full performance..."

or...

"...if we set the number to 0% or close to that OS will be able to park any number of cores..."
Thereby letting the system function as originally intended.

Of course...given such dodgy software, it might be the complete opposite.
