I want to play and display my game in FLV format?

Hi, I noticed games on youtube look different in a good way. Like Diablo 3 in instance it looks crisper and the motion is more fluid. How can I play a game and display it in FLV format can anyone help? is there any software can do that or a trick in a software. pls help. thanks.

I know it's outdated but I like how the video textures look, it's just a preference of mine. The look interesting and crisp I just want to play FLV on the fly. why is that not possible? it's just boggles my mind.
