I want to recovery my hp-mini 110-3000 pc to factory setting without cd or recovery partition

My, PC is a 32-bit windows 7 operating system but it does have a recovery partition but I accidently formatted it and I don't know how to recover it 🙁 but I don't want a cd I need something to fix it! please help its slow now 🙁.

Have you tried this: •Turn on the power and press F11 to run recovery without starting Windows (on some models esc key and then F11 key ).
