Right now I have the Gskill DDR4 TridentZ RGB PC28800 32GB (2x16GB) Dual Channel F4-3600C18D-32GTZR would I be able to use it on an AMD motherboard?

You should be able to. You will want to pair it with a Zen 2 based CPU, like the R5 3600, though. Zen+ chips probably won't let you run it at full speed.

3600 speed ram is a good choice, for that CPU.
