[SOLVED] I want to upgrade but don't know what

Hello, I built my PC in 2017 when i was 13 i know its not good, so i want to upgrade it, my birthday is on 1st April so i can spend like 200 dollars for now

My Pc-

System Builder - Core i5-7400 3 GHz Quad-Core, GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB, S340 Elite (Black) ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker India

I talked to some people they said "upgrade your PSU to Corsair CXM 650 or CX650 and get Crusail MX500 500GB SSD" but i still think its not a good upgrade.

Ram to DDR4-3200MHZ dual channel kit.
CPU to an unlocked K suffix variant.
A better PSU, preferably a Seasonic S12II 520W/620W unit or latter revision.
An SSD.

You didn't mention a budget hence why I just laid it out there.

In what way is your current setup not doing the job?

One of my first upgrades would be to a ssd for windows.
