MY PC SPEC: | Motherboard: ASRock H310M-DGS | CPU is Intel Core i5 8400 @ 2.80GHz | RAM: 8Gb ram 1197MHz | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (Palit)

I need help to choose a new GPU.
And RAM.

Thank you

Solution
On ram, buy a DDR4 2 x 8gb kit with a speed of 2666. Your motherboard does not support anything faster.

What is the make/model of your power supply?
That may limit your options.
Here is a handy chart:

What is your budget?
If you are upgrading a graphics card, make it a significant jump or you may be disappointed if you do not see magical results.
I might think a GTX1660 super.
Here is tom's gpu hierarchy performance ranking chart:

Be advised that upscale graphics cards are hard to buy now. Many are out of stock and command more than msrp price premiums.

Well what's your budget looking like? What games are you looking to run? Also why are your RAM speeds so low? Shouldn't the H310M be DDR4?

I got ATX-450 (450W) My budget for GPU around 300 and for RAMS 150 +- can be 200

With only a single stick, you will run in single channel mode at the 1197 rate.
Dual channel doubles that.
You could try adding a second 8gb stick that matches your current ram specs.
But, that is not guaranteed to work.
Perhaps 90% likely to be ok.

Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
A motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
The internal workings are designed for the capacity of the kit.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards, can be very sensitive to this.

What is your plan B if the new ram does not play nice?
To be safe,, spend $70 or so for a matched kit.
Keep the old as a spare or sell it.

On the gpu, you can probably find a GTX1650 plain/ti. or super for your budget.
You are ok on power if you have a 450w psu with a 6 pin power connector.

Look at this link; it will explain:

About the strongest upgrade that does not need aux power would be a GTX1650, and that is not a very big upgrade.
Open up your case and look at what power leads come out of the psu.

If there is no lead, do not try to use molex adapters. If the psu had sufficient power, it would have the leads.
Overloading a power supply risks damage to anything it is connected to.
