Motherboard: MSI B350M Mortar
Current CPU: Ryzen 5 1400 (want to upgrade to Ryzen 5 2600)
Latest BIOS version from the manufacturer's web: 7A37v1MR(Beta version)
CPU BIOS version: 7A37v1E

I have read many forums stating that I have to update my BIOS in order to install new CPU. However, I'm not sure whether I have to update to the latest BIOS version from the manufacturer's web, or only update that specific CPU BIOS version?

ps: I have updated to the latest bios using my current cpu.

Need at least first version with AGESA 1004.
