I want to Upgrade my CPU

I have a CPU with following specs:
1. Mother board: Gigabyte
2.Intel core i3-4160 3.60GHz, quad core
3.8gb RAM
4.32-bit (I know I have been cheated)
5. Zotac Nividia geforce GT 610
6. Windows 7 ultimate.

I realised it very late that I have bought the worst custom gaming PC ever. It would be helpful if someone advice me to modify it for a better gaming experience and it should at least be able to run GTA V.

Add a gtx 750ti or a 950 and it will be capable of playing any game pretty smoothly, if your budget is bigger pick a better gpu, rest of your system is capable,
