I want to upgrade my CPU

My current build is :


Power Supply: Corsair CX450
Processor: Intel Core i3 6100 3.7Ghz
Processor Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 103
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400Mhz [2x4GB]
Motherboard: Asus H110M-R
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce® GTX 1060 3GB
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB Hard Drive 7200rpm
2nd Hard Drive: Samsung 120GB 750 Evo Solid State Drive

I would like to upgrade my build to be able to start streaming, I was thinking about getting a new CPU ( i5-7500 ) and more ram ( 2x8 DDR4 2400 )

Does it worth it?

With an H110 motherboard be sure you update your BIOS to the latest before upgrading to a 7xxx CPU.

Can I put in an I5-7600 into this motherboard? Yes, I am aware that I will have to update my BIOS to support this?

You can even go up to a 7700k, so long as you update the BIOS.
