I want to upgrade my gpu and CPU but don`t know what to get.

I would like to upgrade my gpu and cpu because they are both slugging behind my budget for each component is around 60£

Current Components:
Power supply : IDK
Cpu : AMD FX-4300 quad core
Gpu: AMD Radeon R7 250 2gb
ram : 2x 4GB
motherboard : GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3
