It depends on your powersupply and the size of your case. If you have a poor powersupply, the best video card you can get is a 1050ti. These are fast and do not need extra power (no power cable needed on most models). They are also available in extra short versions and in low profile versions which allows them to fit in most cases. They are normally around $150, but due to a temporary shortage caused by bitcoin (and related) miners, they are currently around $200 most places.
If you have a case which can support a larger card and a powersupply which is decent (over 500w) you have many more options, but these will all cost more. Are you looking to spend more than $200?
