I bought a new pc around 1 year ago and it have a AMD Radeon HD 7670 (2048 MB).
I want to know if my pc can handle something better and if so what should i get.
I also want something with at least 2 HDMI output and 1+ DVI output (or HDMI if possible).

CPU: AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core Processor, 3092 MHz
Motherboard: Acer Aspire M3450
RAM: 16.0 Go Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz

Solution
Unless you have already changed it, the power supply will need to be upgraded to cope, the installed 300 Watt unit is insufficient.
Look for about 500-600 Watts from a good maker like: Antec, Seasonic, silverstone, Corsair, XFX, OCZ or Pc Power and Cooling. It will need at least dual 6 pin PCI-E leads (dual 6+2 will be better) expect to pay less than $70.
I'll assume a single 1080 monitor.
And I'll assume somewhere in the USA.
We'll also need to know your budget before we set about spending your money in earnest. 😉
In the meantime:

Arguably the best price/performance available: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121823

The above will play nice together BTW.

I have two monitor.A 1080p 24" monitor and the other one is a 41" tv 1000p
My budget would be around 500$ and I live in canada(Quebec).
Is there a difference between display and dvi? My tv is on my dvi port with dvi to hdmi cable and my monitor on the hdmi port.
I plan on getting a third monitor so I need something that cna support that.

Got your PM, bioseb31.
The next big question is: are you planning on gaming on one, two or three monitors? The card/PSU I linked earlier is a huge improvement over the existing HD7670 but it's going to choke on dual monitor gaming unless you turn some settings down.
Pretty well all cards have dual DVI and one HDMI output but the exact configuration of connectivity varies-AMD cards are more likely to support Displayport for example so you'll need to check any cards recommended have the required connectors.
