I want to upgrade my HD 6770? What should I go for?

Hi guys,
With my current GPU is out of date and need a upgrade to play better games. I would like u guys to suggest me a replacement. My PC specs are as follows:
Intel core i3 3rd gen 3220 3300 MHz, Asus P8 H61M LX R2.0 motherboard, 8 Gb RAM, 500 Watt PSU. Can spend 150-180$.

RX 470 can be 4 or 8 GB, though I suspect that 8GB model might be out of the specified price range.
Any of those cards is compatible with your system.

there is bottleneck in any system.
in some CPU intensive games RX 470 might not be fully utilized - it does not harm your computer.
later, you can search ebay for a used i5 of 3rd gen. they are well below 100$. it will make your system better.

i dont have any cooling system other than a small fan. is it enuf?

I got 2 fans. One is for the cpu. Other for the case. And I went through the dimensions of the card. Will be needing a bigger case than what I have right now.
