Hello! I would like to either upgrade my GPU, CPU and RAM in this case or, gut this case and put it into a whole new case. Please let me know what my options are! Thank you!

Anyway, after looking at specifications on HP's website, this desktop can support a 173mm GPU (no idea if it supports larger cards, can't find much info). Found this 1070 at 170mm. Would be a huge upgrade graphics wise. The CPU and ram is still decent, so imho, better to upgrade GPU. https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GeForce-GDDR5-Graphics-GV-N1070IXOC-8GD/dp/B01JD2OSX0/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1525732618&sr=8-3&keywords=1070+mini

Solution
uATX will fit in any ATX case (make sure to read case's description, just in case (no pun intended). A cheap but decent one would be the case I use myself, Fractal Design Focus G. It can fit a micro ATX and regular ATX. Has nice GPU and cooler clearance.
