Hi! I have a HP BF69WM 2000 Notebook and I was wondering if I am able to install a new processor. If so, what processor can I get that is good for gaming?

No, that is a BGA chip, meaning it's soldered directly to the motherboard. Even if you could, you could only go to a E-450 @ 1.65GHz , which isn't really a jump from where your at. That's not a gaming laptop and never will be.
