I want to upgrade my MOBO

Here are my specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 @2.33Ghz
Kingston 2x1GB 667Mhz DDR2 PC2-5300
nVidia Geforce GT630
Asus P5LD2-X/1333 (Current Mobo)\

This Mobo sucks really bad...

What I want from the new mobo is:

Support for Core 2 Quad CPUs
At least 8 GB of 800Mhz+ RAM

Why do you want to upgrade your motherboard? I'd suggest saving money and purchasing a new complete build in my opinion.
