Hello i have a 8 years pc i have upgrade some parts like gpu and storage and the power supply but i want to upgrade cpu motherboard and ram and the power supply if needed. I use my pc for work, gaming (mostly modded minecraft) and other AAA games, recording videos , coding . i dont play to upgrade gpu any time soon and for the cpu i want to last me for an other 5-10 years in terms of use.

Current pc specs
Processor : Intel Core i5 4570 @ 3.20GHz
Graphics card : Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb
Monitor : 2 LG ULTRAGEAR (1920x1080@144Hz)
RAM : 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 1600MHZ Crucial
Power Supply : Corsair CV650 Watt

Additional info:
parts that needs upgrade : cpu, ram, motherboard ,psu if needed
In terms of bugdet dont go above 1000 euros , 1150 usd
i dont care about overclocking
ram preferably 32gb
in terms of gaming am fine with running games at 1920x1080 60 or 144Hz

Solution
I would do this and keep the 1060 6gb card while you look for a new card if you cannot get enough fps with the 1060 6gb. Can sell your old computer as well;

If you dont plan on upgrading the graphics card the new i5 12400f should be just fine and even if you do in the future it should still be pretty good for years to come. The H610 and B660 series motherboards should be coming out in a week or two and just get the fastest ram the motherboard supports. If you don't want to wait for the new cheaper motherboards you will have to pick up a z690 mobo for atleast $200 which really isnt worth it if your not going to overclock. Then again if your budget is $1150 You can go all out with a z690 mobo and a $300 kit of ddr5 ram and the i5 12400f for now since thats all you need for that graphics card. You would have the ability to throw in an unlocked i5 or i7 in the future if you ever choose to.
