I want to upgrade my PC so that i can run games faster. I currently run FortNite on the lowest settings (besides resolution) and i only get 30-40 fps in game and sometimes a get major spikes where it just freezes (when I am in a fight). I also want to get into streaming but my PC is incapable of doing so.

These are my specs:
Graphics Chipset: Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics
Memory Size: 8192 MB
Memory Type: GDDR5
Core Clock: 1306 MHz
Windows Version: Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory: 8 GB
CPU Type: AMD A10-7700K Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G

I have a budget of around £300 ($391.24), my CPU is always on 80%-100% but apparently it is good???
Please help, I am clueless when it comes to this.

I think your system is pretty well balanced.....so here's the issue I see....

You can't go much higher with your GPU....or your CPU will bottleneck it.

You may be able to upgrade the CPU.....but you would need to post your MB.....so we know what you could upgrade to.

You have no meaningful cpu upgrade available for your motherboard.
Your A10-7700K has 4 threads and a passmark rating of 5730 and a single thread rating of 1501.
For most games, the single thread rating is all important.

Unfortunately, a better performing setup will require not only a cpu change, but also a motherboard/ram and graphics card change.

You can buy at a minimum a G5600 for about $100, a lga1151 motherboard for $60, 8gb of ram for $60.
While the G5600 will run on the included graphics, HD630 is not suitable for fast action games.
The G5600 has 4 threads and a passmark rating of 5707 and a single thread rating of 2260.
You are looking at perhaps a $160 discrete graphics card like a GTX1050ti.
