Question i want to upgrade my pc, having a budget of around 35k to 37k

My current specs are:

Motherboard: gigabyte H55M-D2H
Ram: 4gb ddr3
Cpu: i3 540@ 3.07 ghz
Psu: corsair vs450 smps
Gpu: gtx 75o ti gpu
1 tb WD hdd
I have normal antec cooler fan

i want to change my cpu, motherboard, ram(16gb) and also want an ssd, cpu case. My budget is around 35k to 37k. I dont know much about those stuff
Can u guys suggest me which parts should i go for. I need it for gaming and 3d rendering(blender software), adobe photoshop , unity.
I made my mind with Intel cpu , dont know about AMD(because never used it).
i looked into some specs myself like
Cpu: i5 9600k
Motherboard: msi z390 a pro
Ram: corsair vengeance lpx 2x8gb 3000 Mhz
ssd: samsung 860 evo
case: Antec dark avenger

i looked in these specs(i dont know if above specs will be compatible). the issue is its going out of budget.
Can u guys tell me where can i do cost cutting or any other specs . I m open to all suggestions, plz help.

The Ryzen 5 3600/3600X and Ryzen 7-3700/3700X are due out in about 4 days....


I'd evaluate your options afterward, might force 9600K prices down if nothing else...(however, the 3600, based on preliminary leaks, appears to curb-stomp the 9600K in many areas, and, value might be one of them...)
