I want to upgrade my pc

I have gigabyte motherboard 880gm-usb3 so can i install intel processor on it and if yes then which one of the following is best AMD or Intel and which model you guys suggest?

You absolutely cannot install an Intel processor on it.

All you can use is an AMD processor.

The Intel processor would be better, but its just not possible.
