There's enough left over to fit in a case if you so choose.

Here's that build with a new case. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.

I'd recommend going AM5 over LGA 1700, LGA 1700 is already EOL, 14th gen is the last generation of cpu's that will ever be available to that socket. AM5 is supported until 2026 at least so you would have an upgrade path in the future for a more powerful cpu without having to swap everything else out. I used Why_Me's (Thanks Why_Me!) list as a reference and swapped out the motherboard, cpu, ram, and SSD.

I will say though, if the op were in the USA with a microcenter nearby, you could get way better deals.

For example, I could pick up a new 12700k, MSI z690 board and 16gb ddr4 ram for 350 dollars US. They showed another deal with an AMD 7700x, b650 board and 32gb ddr5 ram for 399. So some great deals out there. If in the USA and wanting to build, I'd really consider that AMD bundle, a new PSU and case, then see what I had left for a gpu.

the haswell CPU is old AF, considering that you were using the 4th gen i5 till now, a platform that can support some upgrade paths would be nice.

you can compromise and get a mid range CPU and GPU or you can continue using the 1660ti and save up for just a GPU upgrade later.

Top of the line CPU platform with PCIE 5.0 SSD support:
