Why?
There is no space in a rackmount server for a radiator and all the associated parts.

There is no space in a rackmount server for a radiator and all the associated parts.

Especially true for a 1U server. EVEN if you did watercool the CPU, the server might not boot without the high RPM noisy fans. 1U servers are designed to use the case as a wind tunnel.
