Question i want u guys to recommend me a cpu.

Hello so i have now i7 4790k . with Msi h-97 mc mate motherboard.
i upgraded my gpu to RTX 2060 super,
but i have really low fps in warzone, i get around 50-60fps.
so after 2 monthes of searching i found its a bottleneck , and i want to upgrade my cpu
what is the best cpu and motherboard do you guys recommend for me? <3

it was saphire rx 470
i was getting around 120 on low settings 1080p

Swapping in a better GPU should not have resulted in worse performance.
Unless you changed game settings.

no i didnt change anything actually. when i installed the card i got really low fps , tried to clean remove the gpu drivers with DDU and installing the drivers again ..
then i did clean format for the pc , and still bad fps , i did the search it says 22.3% bottleneck

That is absolute junk science.

What the above said. Do not use Bottleneck Calculator. They are garbage. USAFRet is right. You should see an increase in FPS with that new GPU.

Your i7 4790k should not bottleneck your RTX 2060 Super.
The 8 threads has enough capability.

If you want to check if you have a CPU bottleneck you would need to verify the GPU and CPU usage in MSI Afterburner.
