Did you try saving the file and opening in a different spreadsheet program? OpenOffice maybe?

What exactly is everything? Trying everything would leave nothing else to try so you can't do what you want then. Who created the document? What does it look like when you print? Try to a different printer or PDF?

There is no way to test this as the document is protected, and you also don't say exactly what it looks like when you print it or how it was created.
