Hey,guys!About 1,5 years i got my computer and i want you guys to tell me if i should upgrade anything. Also,i want to tell you i really don't know why GTA V runs at 60 fps constantly on High settings (1080p),but has some REALLY big dropframes and stutters REALLY bad.

Specs :
CPU - i3 7100 (which i upgraded from a Pentium G4400)
GPU - RX 460 (4GB GDDR5_
RAM - 4GB HyperX 2133MhZ
Motherboard - Asus H110M-K
PSU - Corsair VS550
HDD - WD Blue 1TB (7200RPM)
Case - It's not needed,but it's a Deepcool Tesseract BF :D

Also,i want you to tell me if my network is good (some people told me that it's really big but i don't really trust them) - https://imgur.com/a/s71uN

Thanks in advance!

First thing I'd upgrade is the RAM. 8GB a minimum, 16GB preferred.
Next I'd upgrade the processor to a high-end I5-7xxx or I7-7xxx (preferred) processor.
Unfortunately, given the prices of decent graphic cards, I'd probably stick with what you have.

Of course, an upgrade budget would help.

I'd upgrade to a Core i7 7700. At least get 8GB of RAM. Another 4GB stick of the same kind you have in there already will work. And get a GTX 1060 6GB version. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137095

Be prepared to pay. This upgrade will cost you over $650 but it's well worth it. Graphics card prices are up. RAM prices are up. It's crazy how high prices are right now but if you want to play you have to pay.

If you can't afford that there are other options.

There's the Core i5 7400. For $100 less than the 7700. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Core-i5-7400-Quad-Core-3GHz-Processor/372207974136?epid=2149276201&hash=item56a952f6f8:g:EPsAAOSw~kJabzcE

You still need to possibly spend $40 on 4GB of RAM.

And there's the GTX 1050 ti for $215 plus shipping.

If you can't afford that either the next step down is your setup. So I really can't go any lower.

Also your internet speed is pretty good.

Is it fair to say that the CPU upgrade would be the lowest priority of the 3 (CPU, GPU, RAM)? That would be my assumption.

Unfortunately, as has been stated by others, in the current market, RAM prices are unusually high, and GPU prices are outright insanity.

I agree with all that has been said. I7-7700 CPU should really be a starting point alongside 16GB RAM (preferably 2x8GB DDR4). Additionally, your RAM is slow. I'd look to swap in some RAM operating at 2400mhz +. An M.2 SSD wouldn't hurt either.

I'm not a massive fan of AMD GPUs either. If you could swap in a GTX 1070 or higher you'd be laughing.

As has been mentioned though; it's a madhouse at the moment in terms of GPU + RAM prices.
