I am new to this and don't know much about building a pc. i was wondering if this build was OK, i mainly will use it for school running programs like Eclipse and Visual Studio. and virtual machines and stuff. but would also like to be able to game on it.

Get a samsung 850 EVO 250 GB instead of that zotac one. And every thing else looks good.

If you're going to be working with virtual machines, I would advice going for a 2x8GB memory kit. 8GB is going to be cutting it close when you're working in VMs.
