Question I wanted to buy the GTX 1080 ti and wanted to see if my pc was good enough. ( i just realised i put this in the CPUs sorry)

Hi i wanted to get the GTX 1080 ti but i was wondering if my pc was good enough these are my specs http://prntscr.com/nnvj9a and ive a 650 watt power supply. If my pc is good enough for the GTX 1080 ti can i use my old GTX 1060 for anything? as a second gpu or something? Im not the best with all this so any help will be helpful thanks for reading.

What exact psu is it?
That cpu can handle a 1080ti in moat cases.
