my 5600 XT sapphire pulse card was PCI Express 3.0 and that to avoid problems I should even go to BIOS and switch it from automatic to PCIE 3.0. And so I did and never even bothered checking if this info was true. I've owned the card for a year now.

But when I went to my card's specs just now, on the amd radeon software app, it says this:

Here

What the hell? It's pcie4?

yeah it support pcie 4.
https://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-5600-xt
"The Radeon RX 5600 XT graphics card features PCI Express® 4.0 support, which enables two times the bandwidth compared to PCI Express® 3.0. "

your motherboard only support 3.0

"(The PCIEX16 slot conforms to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)"

Thanks.

Also, is it me or did AMD remove the update driver feature in Adrenalin? The one that allowed you to update your driver without having to go to their website and all. It used to be right there on the home screen when you would launch the app. It would tell me if there was a new driver or not. Nothing is there now.... Weird.
