i was installing windows 10 for a friend in his new laptop when the display became full red how to solve this ?

i was installing windows 10 for a friend in his new hp ay513 tx when his laptop became red the display appears in red color how to solve this problem everything was working fine then it windows graphics driver have crashed & recovered and then it became red the display is red in color moreover the laptop was getting too much heated after 1 hour of usage without charger plugged in .

New laptop, contact HP for support. Sounds like the video card is bad, is it red all the time or only when Windows tries to load?

red right after activating windows before it was giving me blue screen thrice

I mean now is it red tint soon as you turn on the computer or only when Windows loads. Either way, your first step should be HP support.
