Question I was wanting to know what would be the best cheapest computer I can get?

i couldnt upgrade my processor on my old cpu so I want to get a new computer altogether I have been looking online and they have refurbished computers for around 300 bucks with the processor that works for what i want to do and everything. I was wondering if anyone knew best cpu I can get for price?

i need something at least 2000 ormore
I was told to get a ryzen and also i found intel i7 3770 3.4 is around 2000 so i found some cpus with that processor I was wondering does it matter are both good enough? wwe 2k20 reccommended says intel i7 or amd fx 3350

I also have a NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti graphics card and like 5 tb hard drive I Was wondering if I could just put those in the new CPU and they would work?

i want to spend like 300-500 max and im just doing it for gaming mainly

I want WWE 2k20 to run (if you look recommended it says those 2 processors)
and I want to run ps2/gamecube games to run perfect and I was told I need at least 2000 or more for everything to run good.
