500 GB HDD
4GB RAM (if it's necessary i can put 4 more because i have 1 more slot)
Nvidia gt 520mx 1gb + Intel® HD Graphics 3000
Resolution :1366 x 768

You can run it on low settings with playable frame rate around 18-25 if you lower the resolution a bit.

Yes you will be able to run the game but it will perform poorly and will be difficult to play. I would recommend purchasing a desktop computer that meets the minimum requirements for the game in order to run it at an acceptable FPS and graphical setting.

Your video card, the gt 520mx is about 3x slower then the gt 9800 "GTA 5 minimum required" so can you run it... Maybe... But would it look ugly and run painfully slow? Definitely.

Not at a playable framerate, it can't even run less demanding games at a playable level.
