I was wondering if it is possible for my motherboard to support a dual slot graphics card and a PCI-E Wi-fi adapter? The motherboard I want to get is a Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H Micro ATX, and the GPU I'm going to get is a GTX 950 FTW. Any help is much appreciated!

Yes it can take the graphics card along with a PCIex1 wireless adapter.
