[SOLVED] I was wondering if my motherboard would handle this ram,also what does CL something mean?

Ram would be 3000MHz,still dont know which,and also if im not able to use it is there a way to just downgrade the speed,and also is there the same posibility if u buy like 3600MHz

Up to 3000(2933)MHz every RAM should work, above that not a chance.
