So what I plan to do is play simple games on the web, some Fortnite, and games, my sister will probably play Roblox. I've seen a lot of videos where AMD R7 works on most games and I know that the AMD FX-4300, but could this "gaming" pc handle normal browsing, YouTube, and simple games an of maybe modern gaming? or you can build your own pc of ryzen 2200g or 2400g (Ryzen APU, stronger CPU and stronger GPU) with 2x4GB DDR4 RAM

in case you gonna build your own, get a B350 to keep the price lower but make sure to contact the seller as 2200g or 2400g requires BIOS update (X470 is quite pricey rn)

That system is not worth the money, it's using a 6 year old CPU and almost as old of a video card. Basically you are buying some box that was in the back of the store for 5 years and paying new computer prices for it.

That box (AMD FX-4300) is slower than the desktop I threw out a year ago.
I wouldn't want to buy one like it. Nope.
