I went to plug another monitor into my PC and now nothing works?

I went to plug another monitor into my pc this afternoon and suddenly everything stopped working.

There is still a light on on the motherboard, and the link light for the ethernet cable blinks, nothing else is on, nor will it turn on. I've tried pressing the power button, I've tried un plugging it and pluggin it back in. I'm not sure where to go from here.
