I saw Intel Xeon E7-4880V2 with ASUS P9X79 DELUXE for $70 and Xeon E7-4870V2 with same MOBO is $50, is it worth extra $20 ?
My budget is really tight.

Hi @DaniloSss

Welcome to the forums!

Here is the breakdown between the 2.

Yes, the 4880 is newer and better of the 2. The only downside is it supports less RAM. 1.5TB instead of 2TB lol.. ( 1,572,864 MB vs 2,097,152 MB) Other than that, it's the better of the 2 with overall higher specs.

Whats the rest of the specs of the system? PSU? RAM? GPU?
