Question I wonder what happened to my ryzen cpu chip

I wondering what going on to my chipset ryzen 5 2600 since i just bought on 11/21/2018 and used 3 days. most of the edge was destroy so i dont know it is because of the cooler i used or it was something else( i used stock cooler, and stock thermal paste) the picture of the condition below.
