I would be building a gaming rig and needed some advice..

Hello everyone,
First of all these are the things which I have already bought..
1. Monitor:-
BenQ GL2460HM 24-inch HD Monitor with
BlueRigger High Speed HDMI Cable 25 feet.
2. Cabinet:- Circle CC830 white.
3. PSU:- Corsair Cx600 watts.
4. Ram:- 2X4 GB Corsair value select.

Now, these are my questions:-
I am unable to decide which motherboard to take..Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 990X or MSI 970 GAMING or ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0. Then there is these the gigabyte 990XA is not availbale where I live (Kolkata, India). So, I would like some advice on this.
Then, I have decided to buy, the AMD 3.5 GHz FX 8320 ( as I can't afford an Intel variant with the same features.) and the Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 4 GB DDR5 graphics card.
So guys please help out on the motherboard issue and the other parts that I have thought of buying. Any changes regarding my options would be helpful.

Do you plan to overclock the FX8320 much or at all?

The MSI 970 Gaming has just good enough power phases for the FX8320 and overclocking
The ASRock Extreme3 2.0 has weaker power phases but can support a mild overclock.

For a gaming system, I would want a Seasonic or Antec PSU.
