[SOLVED] I would like help with gaming pc build

I would like a little help picking out a system. A little back ground I,m a teen living at home so my budget is pretty low. I,m looking for a desktop that I can use for school, gaming, and some lite video editing and coding. The main games I would like it to be focused on are Skyrim 5 legendary edition and other rpg games from Bethesda Games, FPS like COD and PUBG and also Forza Horizon 4. Those are the main games I would like it to play really well. I have a Western Digital 1TB Blue HDD that I was able to save from a old desktop. Other then the WD Blue I would like everything to be new. My budget is $650 USD at the max but I would prefer it to be around $500 USD, That's just for the desktop, the monitor, games and peripherals are separate. If it's possible I would like it to have a SSD and I want the case to be a cool looking ATX case with good air flow. If there"s not enough room in the budget I can make the case be separate also. Iwould just like to say sorry about the bad gramer and spelling I apologize in advance. I would also like to say thank y,all for y,all's help in advance. I,m also more then willing to answer any questions y,all have.

While I like curved screens, I think a curve is a waste on a 16:9 aspect ratio screen (ie: 1600x900, 1920x1080, etc) and only makes sense on ultrawides.

Also - do you already have a Windows license that can be transferred legitimately to the new machine, or does that have to be purchased as well?

I like @logainofhades 's build. I made some slight tweaks, which I'll explain below:

Thank you very much I hope to have purchased all the parts by next week! If you don't mind is there any way you can guesstimate the fram rates this would be capable in Skyrim with no mods and on mid to high settings ? If not I completely understand. I know there's a lot of
variables. My last question is could you recommend a gaming monitor around 27 inch that would go well with the build you listed ? I would love it if it was curved, but my budget's a little tight so if not I understand. I, hoping to get one for around $100 USD, but if that's to low I can maybe get around $150-175 USD for one.

I stuck with mostly the same parts except:
  • Bumped up to a 2600X - better cooler and slightly faster. I'd say the beefier cooler alone is worth the extra $15
  • Saved a few bucks with a MicroATX motherboard, on the assumption that you won't need a lot of expansion cards.
  • RAM specifically chosen from the motherboard's QVL list (I tend to be a bit paranoid about that).
  • 8GB version of the RX 570
  • Seasonic PSU: I'm just a little more comfortable with this. Lower total power rating, but the Focus GOLD is a great PSU, and 550W is plenty for your build.
You can go back to the 4GB version of the RX570 that Logan listed, and that will bring the price down by another $10.

Wow the help that I have gotten is amazing! I do have a legal copy of windows ten in the HDD that i have just needs to be updated. I can't afford that monitor right now on top of the pc so I,m going to use a old one that I have lying around till I save up some more money. I,m still pretty new to this website but I,m 99% sure there's a way I can upload a picture, once I have it put together I will try and post some picture's! Do y,all happen to know of any really good youtuber's who explain in depth how to benchmark a pc ? Once I have it put together I would like to benchmark it. I know how to put pc's together well at least old ones, but I know nothing about bench marking. Thank y,all again for the help it's been amazing.
