Every time my SSD gets full of random programs I didn't mean to download, I always have to factory restore my PC to make room.

Why? Because I don't know what programs are installed on my SSD vs my Hard Drive. Also my operating system is saved on my SSD, so I need to delete everything bu that.

This may seem like a stupid question but may as well ask.

Solution
Well, there's no lazy way to do it apart from what you usually do. Better way is to prevent it from happening. Have just one folder for all downloads so you can empty it fast. designate another folder for "keepers".
For installed programs you can use something like Revo Uninstaller Free to uninstall them without usual clatter programs leave behind. Ccleaner can get a lot of "extras" too.

Yes. But that's too long and time consuming. Any faster ways? I know I'm lazy xD
