I would like to know how to rearrange the 24pin connectors of a antec psu to work with a 16 pin fujitsu motherboard.

In that case, you will probably need to buy either a converter or a power supply with the correct pins for that motherboard.

Im referring to the 16pin power supply socket.

The 16pins on my motherboard are in a different order to the first 16 pins of the 24pin psu.

I would suggest you do not try to change the pins around. The 24 pin plus is not suitable for your PC
