i dont intend to oc the 10700k (right now the k version is cheaper than the non-k in my country) it would be helpful if someone who has this combo can help me decide. Thanks

it may keep decent temperatures with stock clocks and voltage but it is a fairly low quality cooler.
it will run hotter than i would like but shouldn't be anything dangerous.
whether it can keep "good temps" would be based on what you believe that to be.

stock, i would guess idling ~40°C, maxing ~75° with a very good case and lots of good airflow.
but that is only a guess based on similar designed lower quality air coolers.

i wouldn't bother with lower quality products when cooling/protecting one of the most important components in the system though.
would be more leaning towards be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 or Noctua NH-D15.

posting the rest of your system specs including case and planned system-wide cooling setup can help narrow down which type of cooling you may want to consider.
