This is my first time building a pc, so i wanna make sure the parts are good and work well together.
I put the parts into Pcpartpicker to see all the components easy.
And does any of you know what the disclaimer mean? And should i switch out something?

Seems like you just used partpicker's default choice. It is functional, not exactly optimal. Can't say I approve of some of those prices though. The chassis particularly seems a little much.

Not quite sure I understand the two 1TB PCIe SSDs. You have limited slots, better to get a 2TB drive and then expand later as needed.

6700 XT are falling out of stock, so their price is going up rather than down. RX 6800 is bigger and cheaper at the moment. 6750XT are also at $300 if you want to spend a little less. A little faster than the older 6700XT.

Looks good. But for gaming the GPU is most important. If you can fit in a better one somehow you could benefit. Both alternative options above would already improve your gaming performance.
And a thing to note, Raytracing and DLSS are 2 things that Nvidia does better than AMD.
