Form factor seems right, but you would have to look on Dell website to see if your specific model will take ECC (registered) RAM. With a Xeon, it may, but wouldn't buy without verification.

The processor works perfectly, before had an i5 2310, and with this Xeon has better performance since the PC is Socket LGA1155, but I do not know if it will be compatible with server memories.

In this case, look up the model as equipped from the factory to see if it lists support for ECC. It can be notoriously difficult to locate specifics on the model/make of (Dell) that motherboard as a single item.
