the main problem is when I try to reinstall the process send me to the windows page on internet.
I would like also to instal a compact versione
I have my own licence even if I ma not sure where i put the code (on a paper for sure)

both of this procedures do not work for me

Did you try a clean install?

Download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

boot from installer

follow this guide: https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-do-a-clean-installation-of-windows-10.3170366/

resets aren't same as starting from zero. they only touch one partition on the drive. You need to install off an USB/DVD to do a clean install which wipes entire drive. Remove data cables from any other drives when doing it. It won't wipe them but windows installer has nasty habit of putting extra parts of itself on other drives if given chance.

i simply reinstall from the same tool but direclty inside windwos. pretty happy of the cleaning.
that is actually a repair install. It only replaces windows.

I haven't used tcpview before - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/tcpview
Autoruns - shows everything that loads with windows at startup = https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
Process Explorer - more powerful version of task manager. Shows way more info.
Download Process explorer and run it as admin (it comes from Microsoft so its safe)

the default view is tree structure meaning like your task manager screen, it will show what processes are under each service, but unlike task manager, it shows the ram usage of each part so you can see what is eating your ram

Private bytes = Ram + page file usage
Working set = actual ram usage

This page shows what all the colours and headings mean, link at bottom of it shows how to use it to find problems. You can right click processes and run an av scan from within the program.
