If you're going to overclock, I suggest going for DDR2-800 RAM from a reputable manufacturer (Corsair, Kingston, Crucial, etc... dunno how good KByte is).

Also, go for 2x1GB. 4GB is a bit of overkill right now and will be hella expensive. I'd give you links to newegg, but since you're in Canada...

Thanks for the advice so far guys! KEEP IT COMING! I don't plan on overclocking much 3 or 3.2 would be great! I also hate having to by from best buy!! But as of right now i'm strapped for cash!(xmas) and usuing my best buy card is my only option!! Should i wait and get 2 one gig sticks or can i put something good together on 4gb at 700???

you can get 2x 512 gig sticks... and later get 2x 1 gig sticks for 3 gigs of ram...
if the speed of teh ram is difrent it will always default to speed of teh slower ram
