RAM : OCPC XTREME DDR3 PC12800 1600Mhz 16GB KIT (2x8GB)

Case : NZXT Source 210 Window Black

PSU : Power Logic Armageddon Voltron 400 watt - 80+ Gold, Fan 12cm

VGA : His Radeon R9 380 ICEQ X2 OC 4 GB 256 Bit DDR5

First, Can this PC play good hardware needed games (The Witcher 3, Crysis 3) at ultra settings?
Second, PSU Overkill?
 


why? i calculate them at psu calculator and the recomended is 380 watt...

The CPU is too weak for high settings in games, the video card is a tier over what the CPU can run. It's also the last generation CPU, if it's a new system should stick with the newer ones, price difference won't be much.

Power supply needs to be switched out as was already said.
