Motherboard : Asrock H81M-HDS (Intel H81, Vga, DDR3, PCI-Exp 16x)

HDD : Seagate 3 TB Sata3

RAM : OCPC XTREME DDR3 PC12800 1600Mhz 16GB KIT (2x8GB)

Case : NZXT Source 210 Window Black

PSU : Power Logic Armageddon Voltron 400 watt - 80+ Gold, Fan 12cm

VGA : His Radeon R9 380 ICEQ X2 OC 4 GB 256 Bit DDR5

First, Can this PC play good hardware needed games (The Witcher 3, Crysis 3) at ultra settings?
Second, PSU Overkill?

That Psu is not good enough. Get either the Xfx 550W or SeaSonic 520W. And no this will not run those games at Ultra. This will run them at 60 fps at med-high settings.

why? i calculate them at psu calculator and the recomended is 380 watt...

That means at the least you would need 380W to run it and that is cutting it very close. I would recommend at least a good 500W power supply for the 380. Look at this http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

You would probably just about get away with using that psu but i wouldnt risk it, never even heard of the brand lol, also you'd be running at like medium settings in most games.

Cant find it on overclockers or scan so i highly doubt it is

The CPU is too weak for high settings in games, the video card is a tier over what the CPU can run. It's also the last generation CPU, if it's a new system should stick with the newer ones, price difference won't be much.

Power supply needs to be switched out as was already said.
