I am about to build a PC so I was wondering can you pair Comet Lake refresh CPU with this motherboard . It seems supported on Gigabytes site , but just want to be sure if there is no need to update BIOS .

Yes, the V3 is an updated version of the same board so it has native support for that 10105F...
