No, it stands pretty much regardless of what you are running so long as it is, for Intel anyhow, 8th Gen or newer. The writing is already on the wall for Windows 10 so for anybody who CAN upgrade to 11 they might as well just start getting used to it now because before you know it (2025) Windows 10 support is going to end anyway.
But as far as core and memory management are concerned, there are really no major differences. Maybe slightly better management of background processes as well as a few features not found in Windows 10 which of course you or anybody can easily Google for a full list of those features. I recommend upgrading, since it's free anyhow, but I wouldn't feel compelled to do so if none of the features that are not found on Windows 10 mean anything to you.
